I don't cook often, but when I do, obviously I'm going to share it 💁🏽‍♀️

This dinner is for the girlies on the go or for those girls who just can't be bothered with cooking in general. It is the easiest meal to make in under 30 minutes with minimal cleanup...because no-one has time for dishes after a long day.

Let's dive in...
Pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees
Cut up chicken into bite size pieces
Dice up (or obtain previously diced) half of a white onion, one whole yellow pepper, and one whole orange pepper (*or whatever color pepper*)
Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper
Mix, mix, mix
Drizzle any fajita sauce packet from your local grocery store and mix again
Bake for 25 minutes

I served this over rice or you could serve with tortillas.

Wham, bam, thank you ma'am...so easy, so quick, and so yummy!

I am taking a step back from forensic content to showcase my other passion in life…DIY projects and interior design.

Over the past few months, when I get free time, I’ve been designing and tackling our guest bathroom. Of course your girlie was on a tight budget so I was trying to find ways to make a bold statement while not breaking the bank or changing the layout of the bathroom💁🏽‍♀️

My secret….paint and wallpaper! I used the leftover black paint from our living room to paint the cabinet, updated the hardware, painted the countertop to look like faux marble using the @giani_inc marble kit, and finished the look with some bold wallpaper from @spoonflower 🙌🏽

The bathroom isn’t 100% complete but I’ll get there one day 🤪

My favorite part about these projects is that I learn new skills along the way! I perfected my wallpapering skills, learned how to change out a faucet, and figured out how to use epoxy on a countertop.

Working on design projects fills my cup back up when I’m drained! Comment below on what fills you with joy!
