I never wanted to be a latent print examiner. When I first got interested in forensics, I wanted to work in the medical examiner's office. I even picked a college that I could seamlessly transition into their pathologist assistant program with my forensic science degree.

The universe had other plans for me...

I was lucky enough to land an internship in the fingerprint unit of the Miami-Dade Police Department. The rest is history!

✨ 2 ingredient bagels ✨

Y'all know I'm a girlie on the go who has limited time but is health conscious (most of the time). So when it took me under 45 minutes to whip these beauties up, you know I had to share!

Get the deets:
🥯Mix equal parts self-rising flour and greek yogurt together ( I did 2 cups self-rising flour/2 cups greek yogurt)
🥯Knead and roll into a donut shape
🥯Brush the top with an egg wash
🥯Add whatever toppings
🥯Bake for 30 min at 350 degrees

Ta-daaaa! 10/10 the best bagel ever! You're welcome 💁🏽‍♀️
