My boss not only possesses the greatest attributes that define what it means to be a well-rounded boss, but she is also a great friend. She has the ability to take off her boss hat and switch into friend mode in an instant.
The History of Boss’s Day
So how did this holiday originate in the first place? In 1958, Patricia Bays Haroski registered National Boss’s Days as a holiday with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Four long years later, that day officially became a national holiday thanks to Illinois Governor Otto Kerner. BOOM, Boss’s Day was born!
