With Valentine’s Day coming up this weekend, it’s really hard to walk through the aisles in Target and not end up coming home with a million pounds of candy! I decided to put all those treats to good use after a few of my gal pals convinced me to make a Valentine’s Day dessert board!
Not only are these dessert boards super easy and fun to assemble, but they are also a great way to spread a little love in the office, the kiddo’s classrooms, or to your next Galentines Day party!
Sticking with a red, pink, and white theme, the items on this dessert board are a mixture of handmade and store-bought goodies. These delicious treats can be easily found at your local grocery store, Target, or Walmart.
Here’s What’s on my Dessert Board:
- Milano Cookies
- Chocolate covered strawberries
- Conversation hearts
- M&M’s
- Skittles
- Frosted sugar cookies
- Mini cupcakes
- Chocolate covered pretzels
- Circus animal cookies
I’m a really big fan of charcuterie boards and had a feeling of hesitation when it came to putting together a Valentine’s Day dessert board. However, in the end, I am soooo glad my girlfriends convinced me to do it because I FELL IN LOVE with the end result!
End Result
Taaa Daaaa! How cute did this creation turn out?!? I cannot wait to spread a little love in the office this week by surprising my co-workers! It has taken every ounce of my being not to eat all the chocolate covered strawberries!
How are you celebrating Valentine’s Day this year? If you make a dessert charcuterie board, make sure to tag @theproperseal on Instagram so I can see your creation!
Happy snacking!
